Our Family Business, Your Family’s Big Day
We are not only business partners, we are family. As a Mother-In-Law and Daughter-In-Law duo, our bond far exceeds that of our titles. We are very like minded and both agree that your Wedding day should be stress free so that you are able to be fully present and enjoy this special time. We love planning and creating the “Dream Wedding”, the one you have been planning since you were a little girl. Our personalities complement each other with a mix of traditional and modern, making way for the wow factor every couple looks for on their big day.
Creating Weddings and unforgettable Events is truly our passion. By creating your special occasion, Kayla and I are living our best lives, doing what we truly love.
Camilla has been married to Robby for the past 34 years; they have one son (Dustin) and two daughters (Kayla Ree and Marlina). You read that right, her daughter and daughter-in-law are both named Kayla. They also have three precious grandchildren ( Raelynn, Blake and Rhett). Camilla’s love for creating beautiful weddings started 20 years ago when she had the opportunity of designing her first wedding. Both of Camilla’s daughters also play major roles in the business.
Kayla is married to Dustin, with Raelynn and Rhett rounding out their beautiful family. The matrimony between the two first sparked Kayla’s love for this industry. Both Dustin and his father Robby are part of the building team, providing all the custom carpentry, playing an important role in this family business.

Watching the couple as well as their friends and family enjoy these moments fills my heart. My favorite part of working weddings is knowing that I made the bride and groom our first priority on the most important day of their life. I enjoy my position as Coordinator. It allows me to take care of all the details that make the wedding run so smoothly.

Kayla Ree Borek
I have been in and around the industry for as long as I can remember and I love it. I enjoy being on the coordinating team, however I feel just as comfortable serving food and drink or decorating. I tend to pay attention to the details. I am meticulous, and work well under pressure. My favorite part of the wedding is when a father sees his little girl for the first time as a bride.

Marlina Matthews
I am in charge of everything-wedding! During the week you can find me in the Studio shuffling papers taking care of the logistics. My strengths include decorating, multitasking and keeping calm under pressure. I am a people person! I get excited to help, encourage, and take away the stress from our couples. My favorite part of the wedding is simply everything!

Yvonne Sphon
There are many moving parts that our couples never see, that is where you can find me, behind the scenes. From pulling items, to decorating on wedding day. I also design our faux centerpieces. I keep up with the inventory which can be a challenge, considering new items arrive almost daily. My favorite part of the wedding day is watching the groom see his bride for the first time! Priceless!

Emily Watford
I love the details and the excitement. From the time a bride signs with us, I can’t stop! I am constantly working on the planning. The excitement never wears off no matter how many times we talk through the wedding and make sure every detail is perfect. I would say my favorite part of a wedding day is when literally hundreds of items fall in place and the wedding is perfect.

Mackenzie Chandler
My favorite part of wedding day is staying one step ahead, I work hard to head off any problems that may occur so that the day is seamless. I am also on the welcome crew and love chatting with the guests. My favorite part of the wedding is at the end of the night when just the couple's closest family and friends are left . Things can get kinda crazy!

Cody Gough
You can find me on the Prostaff crew, building, building, and more building! And I am always up for the challenge. Whether Mrs. Camilla says she needs us to create a donut wall for a bride because a donut table simply won’t do, or letting us know she needs 31 farm tables simply because that is the bride’s dream, I get right on it! I love working for a company that takes so much pride in getting it right!

I am a mom for two beautiful daughters Ashlynn 13 and Carlee 9 and a dog mom to my sweet Finn. My hobbies include boating with my girls and my fiancé Jeff. I also very much enjoy coordinating and decorating . I love bringing the look together at events . But equally enjoy making sure the big day runs smooth . I simply love everything weddings ! Working for Making It Matthews is my dream job!

Robby & Dustin Matthews
Robby and Dustin Matthews are the husbands of Camilla and Kayla. They lead the Prostaff team. You may also find them standing on top of a 20 foot ladder hanging bistro lights or setting up seating for a ceremony. This is a family business and we consider all of our employees family! From our Family to your Wedding it is our pleasure to be part of you Big Day!

Tessa Dorschied
Working for Making it Matthews is so much more rewarding than when I worked in the corporate events setting! I thoroughly enjoy paying attention to the little details that make your event personal and memorable, no matter how small! When I am not preparing for your special day, I’m a busy mom of three kids probably running back and forth from school to activities and practices. I also enjoy crafting and my hobby of making my kids’ outfits and accessories for our theme park days!

Sarah Brenda
I am a mom of a handsome son and beautiful daughter. I mainly work back of the house or running deliveries. Making it Matthews put my wedding together and I just fell in love with the whole team and they welcomed me with open arms and made me a part of the family. My favorite part about all the events we do is putting them together piece by piece and watching it form into something magical.
