I didn’t know what to expect being from out of town and not in on the planning process at all so to say I was overwhelmed at how BEAUTIFUL Bo and Sophia’s wedding was is an understatement! EVERYTHING said “Sophia”! All the details were amazing! It’s obvious y’all love what you do and the bride and groom you’re doing it for!! Thank you for giving Sophia the wedding of her dreams!

Y’all these ladies are pure perfection! My day would not have been even a 1/4 of what it was if it had not been for them! I am so beyond thankful for everything they did to make our day so perfect!! They were so easy to work with! I’m difficult to work with as it is very hard for me to decide what I like and don’t like. I literally told them things I didn’t want and left the rest up to them! I trusted them so much I told them to do what they thought was best. My day was perfect from the decorations to the coordinating and I can not say thank you enough!!

Kayla and Camilla and everyone else at Making it Matthews were a God send. They made my vision come to life and work tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect for our special day. The were the best part about my wedding and I would recommend them any day!

Making it Matthews executed an amazing wedding day for my daughter and her husband. If you’re like me, you might be wondering why anyone “needs” a company like MiM…right? I mean, I have actually gone to and been in a number of weddings. I even planned my own wedding not too long ago! But when Kate from our venue started to really outline the amount of “stuff” I’d likely be buying, accumulating, hauling, setting up, taking down, and then STORING I started to think that maybe I should give MiM a call. That’s when I realized that there is a way to combine the dreamy elements that we love on Pinterest with MiM’s collection of all the rest of the stuff that I would have to shop for, buy, store, haul, set up, take down, and then store or sell again. It started to seem crazy NOT to use MiM. I asked family members and friends about my own wedding and really calculated the amount of time, energy money, and work EVERYone seemed to put into my wedding that I never really accounted for. I was always grateful, but was I really willing to ask for THAT much help for my daughter? NO WAY. MiM indulged Zoe’s desires for a specific vision to be the reality for the day. They also incorporated the creative elements that we deemed special even if they were a little quirky or hard to imagine at times. MiM always remained supportive and helpful every step of the way. Trisha guided us through uncharted territory with grace and Camilla offered reassurance with confidence at all the right times. 110% professionals!

My absolute favorite part of the experience, though, was the day of. Trisha was always 10 steps ahead. I couldn’t believe how she always knew where my stuff was before I knew it! Then, Camilla offered the most profound advice this momma could ask for on one of the most important days of my life. I’m confident it was nothing short of divine intervention that caused her to get me to slow down and absorb this ever so important milestone before it was gone. I remember just stopping to actually look around the room. It took my breath away. And at the end of the night? I didn’t have to pack or clean up! I actually left on the party bus just like the other guests!

I learned that hiring a planner doesn’t take the creativity out of the event. It actually allows you the time to enjoy the creative process! I have one more daughter. She’s only 12, so I’ve got some time. But you can be sure MiM will get my call when the time comes to plan another wedding. I just hope they pick up the phone when they see my name on the other side. 😉

I needed a Day of Coordinator for our daughter’s wedding. The first and only people I wanted was Making It Matthews. They are absolutely wonderful! Kayla, Camilla, Emily and Kayla are excellent at what they do and were amazing to help us provide our daughter an amazing day. Making It Matthews contacted and coordinated all our vendors, organized the ceremony, greeted our guest, took care and made sure everything ran smoothly during the reception, helped with parking and even opened and closed the gate for our guest. Making It Matthews are kind, professional and wonderful people and I highly recommend them for all your wedding needs.

To all of my closest friends, family members and new friends we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing in this special day.

So it has been a couple days since my daughter Allyson Bostic Married Scott Rodriguez.  To say it was a perfect day would be A very vague description of something that was beyond beautiful. The weather was perfect, although a little on the warm side.

To say that I would give Making it Matthews 10 stars would be an understatement, they were the most wonderful, fabulous, caring, organized people I have ever seen in my life and I Will not do another wedding without you. To making me sit down and not help, to packing the leftovers and loading our truck!  Fixing the cake after it fell with flowers and making it beautiful!  Everything ran so smoothly and I could not have pulled this wedding off without them!

I cannot say enough sweet things about these women.

With a little over a month our from our wedding, I realized that I needed some help. I thankfully found Camilla and Kayla and they were more than willing to help us out! We really needed help with day of coordinating and communication with the vendors so everyone was on the same page. With just one video call with them, they knew exactly what we needed and how to get it done. They layout for the day of is amazing! When it came to the day of the wedding, they were there to help with any and everything we needed. It started raining about half an hour before the ceremony and they were there to make sure everything went smoothly and that a back-up plan was in place just in case. They made sure that no issues were brought to me or my husband and that we just enjoyed ourselves.

I can attest that Camilla and Kayla will make your day so easy! We would not have chosen any one else to help make our wedding the best it could be. Thank you both so much!

I spent so many days crying, stressing and freaking out. And you guys turned all of that around! I will spread the business name and I will share my story of my perfect day. I haven’t got to brag about the work Making It Matthews put into our wedding and how PERFECT everything turned out. I knew what I wanted but I didn’t know how to explain other than pictures and hoped that they knew what I meant by it. For the life of Clayton he could not figure out why I wouldn’t want sunflowers in our wedding ( my favorite flower) and thought I was trying to stray away from a country wedding but I told him to just trust me, so he did. I trusted the girls to see my vision of my perfect dream wedding through pictures and they 100% exceeded my expectations. If anyone is looking for a future wedding/ event planner you seriously won’t be disappointed!

Words cannot express my gratitude for the Making It Matthews staff. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it’s all because of them. I came to them with simple ideas and they worked their magic and brought it to life. They provided every rental and piece of decor I could have ever thought to have. They even have their own in house florist, Yvonne, who makes the most beautiful arrangements. If you think you don’t need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one… THINK AGAIN!

Camilla, Kayla, and Trish are top-notch planners and I am incredibly lucky to have had their help. They always made me feel as though they had everything completely under control.
